We will handle your company’s liabilities by communicating one-on-one with the associated vendors. With this process, we will create and maintain a professional relationship between your company and its vendors. We will handle bill payments and record them in your general ledger for expense tracking. In addition, we will take calls from the vendors for any company communications requiring assistance.
Accounts Receivable
We realize that a business cannot continue to operate without getting payment for services rendered. We will take over company invoicing on behalf of your organization. Should invoices go unpaid past the grace period, we will be making the phone calls and emails directly to those customers to receive the payments. Once payments are received by your organization, we will record them in your general ledger for revenue tracking.
Full Cycle Accounting
We will perform all periodic accounting duties that pertain to your company. We will be doing the bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxes, payroll, advanced month/quarter/year end closings, and financial statement preparations.
