Where do you provide your services?

Our direct services are mostly done by remote connections. However, should you need in-office support, we can arrange for the appropriate personnel to handle such, either reporting to your organization as an employee, or continuing to report to us. This can be discussed in your consultation.

How do you vet your accountants?

We have a strict set of criteria for anyone who joins the Silver Fox Accountancy group. We require a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, at least 2 years of experience, passing of our tests regarding GAAP, intermediate/advanced accounting, laws of accounting, and taxation, as well as a promising work ethic and reliability as verified with professional references. We also conduct a background check.

What software do you use?

We use a wide variety of accounting systems dependent upon the client’s current system or systems we provide. Our staff are well-versed in higher level accounting systems through a virtual network such as SAP, Oracle, Dax and more. We also have staff for smaller organizations where we currently onboard organizations with QuickBooks Online. We will soon be offering NetSuite as well.

How often will you bill me?

Billing will vary for each client. Many choose to be billed on the 1st of each month if services are ongoing. Other services, such as filing of tax returns, will be a one-time fee, collected at the time of return filing or through structured payments on highly complex tax structures.

Can I schedule a free consultation?

Yes, but you must qualify for the free consultation. When you inquire with us, we will provide you a form to fill out for qualifications.
